Refund Policy/Return Policy

Mayer Labs’ Assurance:

We stand behind our products their quality, feel, and function.  Simply stated, we believe our products are the best on the market, whether it’s our barely there Kimono brand latex condoms, our sensual lubricants, or our high tech fertility trackers.  Therefore, we created Mayer Labs Assurance:  If for some reason you aren’t 100% happy with the quality of our product, notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will ship you an alternative product to try, or refund your order 100% of the purchase price.

If your product was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@mayerlabs.com.

If our product does not perform when used as directed and as intended for any reason, please immediately contact: quality@mayerlabs.com  or call 800-426-6366 (9 am – 5 pm, PST, M-F)

It is up to the discretion of Mayer Labs to accept returns of unopened and damaged products after the 7 day window.

How to Return:

For refunds other than due to product performance, Products may only be returned within 30 days of delivery, as stated by order tracking via our approved carriers.   Product(s) must be undamaged, unopened and unused with seal fully intact. Please send an email to info@mayerlabs.com within 30 days of receiving the product(s) to begin the return process.

If the item is non-deliverable for reasons that are the customer's responsibility (including, but not limited to: wrong recipient address provided by customer), you may request a refund (minus shipping costs).
