How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping varies by location and can be seen during checkout
  • We charge $5.00 for all USA and Canada shipments on orders up to $33.99 USD. We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $34.00 or more to the domestic United States of America and Armed Forces America/Pacific and Canada.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, as well as any international shipments are not eligible for free shipping at this time but will be charged actual costs for shipping costs.

What shipping carriers do you use?

  • Depending on customer location, order volume, and package size, packages may be shipped via DHL Ground, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS.

What are your standard shipping times?

  • Customer orders are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours from receipt. Once dispatched, our average anticipated delivery window for packages is 4 - 9 days. Please note that location, weather, COVID, and other current events may impact carrier shipping times. Updates and notifications on delays are available on each respective carrier website.

How do I locate my tracking number?

  • Please refer to your shipping confirmation email sent from Be sure to also check your SPAM folder.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship outside of the United States?

  • We ship to all states in the U.S.A. and all Provinces in Canada.  We do ship internationally to consumers only and provided shipping to your location is not prohibited.  Mayer Labs reserves the right not to ship to you, if in our opinion, shipping to your location is contrary to regulations or law. 

What if I need my order expedited?

  • At check out selecting 2 day shipments will expedite shipments. 
  • Selecting next day will ship out via air. This service offers next-day delivery between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. local time to commercial addresses and variable next-day delivery to residential addresses. UPS air shipping services ship to all 48 contiguous states and select locations in Hawaii and Alaska. 
  •  Expedited International shipments move via DHL. 
  • All expedited shipments incur increased shipping fees for the speed in which they move.

Why is my package marked as delivered on tracking but I have not received it?

  • Sometimes shipping carriers mark a package as "delivered" when it leaves its processing center instead of when it is delivered to your doorstep. It may take 24 - 48 hours for the package to be delivered to your door. Please contact us at  if you have concerns.
